License Check is required a stable data connection.
If you see "License Check Failed" message, you may want to do the following:
1. Make sure you're in a good service location (a few antenna bars).
2. Connect to WiFi and start app.
3. Check data settings in Android menu, usually it's there: Settings, Accounts & sync, Background Data - Checked.
4. Settings, Wireless & networks, Mobile networks, Data Enabled - Checked.
